ITINERARY

A working cattle station with a herd of approximately 5,000 crossbred Brahman and Shorthorn cattle, El Questro Wilderness Park provides a truly Australian experience. One million acres in size, El Questro is located on the eastern perimeter of the Kimberley region, one of the last true frontiers.

The landscape of the Kimberley region, in far Northwestern Australia, is diverse to say the least—from rugged ranges and broad tidal flats, to rainforest pockets, gorges and waterfalls. The Kimberley is a very special place, where you’ll feel a sense of discovery at every turn.

At El Questro Homestead, you’ll enjoy luxury, contrasted by the rugged Kimberley landscape. The Homestead is an exclusive retreat cantilevered over the magnificent Chamberlain Gorge. Catering to discerning guests, friendly staff provide the highest standards of service and cuisine. Guests are encouraged to choose from a selection of dining locations, from a private cliff top to the Homestead’s spacious verandahs, but almost always under a canopy of stars.

Decorated with artifacts and antiques collected from Indonesia and tropical Australia, the Homestead is a perfect place to appreciate the untamed beauty of the Kimberley. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the Homestead has a swimming pool, spa and tennis court for the exclusive use of Homestead guests.

El Questro Homestead also offers unrivalled access to the far reaches of the Kimberley in unique style and comfort. So although you’re in the middle of nowhere, roughing it is not necessary.
