Australia Rail Pass

Austrail Pass provides unlimited travel on the Economy Class over Rail Australia operated services anywhere in Australia including metropolitan trains. Available for 14 to 30 consecutive days within 6 months validity period.

Austrail is valid for unlimited travel over a 6 month period in economy/Red Kangaroo service seats.  The pass is valid for travel on CountryLink, Traveltrain Holidays (QR) and Great Southern Rail.

Terms and Conditions: Pass is only available to holders of foreign (non-Australian) passports and non-Australian residents. Clients are advised to carry their passports with them at all times as railway staff may wish to check it against the passport numbers endorsed on the pass. The pass is valid for travel in a economy seats and are valid for 6 months.  A travel “day” is a period of 24 hours or less, from the scheduled departure time of a service. The pass must be validated within 6 months of purchase. Surcharges apply for upgrades. Rail pass is non-refundable and non-endorseable. Pre-booking for all trains is required at least 24 hours in advance. Valid until 31 March 2010. All fares and timetables are subject to change without notice
