Watch the fairytale lights of Auckland city as you cruise the harbor.  Just under two hours from Auckland, Coromandel’s Grand Mercure Puka Park resort offers a secluded hideaway with stylish private chalets hidden amid lush native bush. From here you’ll fly to Wellington (flight, own expense) and transfer to Wharekauhau Country Estate, set on a 5,000-acre working sheep station which dates back to the 1840s. Your private enclave is stunning and you will want for nothing.
Transfer back to Wellington and board your flight to Christchurch in the South Island (flight, own expense). From here you will collect your rental car and take the scenic drive to Grasmere Lodge, a high-country ranch set amid the towering peaks of Arthur’s Pass National Park.
